Refund Policy

Last updated: 22 June 2026

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Sing Yourself Happy. It sits alongside our Terms and Conditions, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

The free Saturday Brief

The Saturday Brief is free to subscribe to. There is nothing to pay and nothing to refund. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Cancelling paid membership

Paid membership renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time using the Stripe customer portal (linked from your payment receipts), or by emailing help@singyourselfhappy.com.

After you cancel, your access to members' emails and the private community normally continues until the end of your current paid billing period, after which your place in the community may be removed. No further charges are taken, provided cancellation is completed before renewal. We do not generally provide a pro-rata refund for unused time in the current period, except where required by law or where we approve a goodwill refund.

Your 14-day right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of entering into the contract, without giving a reason. Because membership gives immediate access to digital content, you may be asked at purchase to consent to access beginning straight away and to acknowledge that you may lose this 14-day right once access has begun.

Requesting a refund

Refund requests are handled in good faith, subject to the controls available through Stripe. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact help@singyourselfhappy.com promptly with the email address connected to your subscription and the approximate date of payment.

How refunds are paid

Where a refund is approved, it is usually returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank and card processing times may vary.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer law.
